Baking Powder Biscuits

Mix together with a spoon:
4 cups self-rising flour
1/4th cup granulated sugar

Cut in with a fork
1-cup cold butter
(Butter should be size of small peas. This is what makes the biscuits flaky)

Mix together and add to flour:
2 whole eggs
1-cup milk

Stir until blended. Place on lightly floured table. Knead dough slightly and flatten with a floured rolling pin to 1 inch thick. Cut dough with a cutter to the desired size. Place biscuits on greased baking sheet pan. Brush with milk. Bake 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown at 375 degrees.
