Pour a large can of cherry pie filling into pan.
Sprinkle a box of yellow cake mix (dry) over the top of the fruit.
Melt 4oz of butter and pour over the top of the cake mix.

Bake at 350 for 20 to 30 minutes, until set.

Serve warm
