Coconut Macaroons

Combine in a medium size bowl:

  • 2/3 cup Sweetened Condensed Milk (not evaporated milk)
  • 2-2/3 cup flaked coconut
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • ¾ tsp almond extract

Drop by teaspoon, about 1-inch apart onto a greased sheet.

Bake at 350 degrees until lightly brown about 8 to 10 minutes.

Immediately remove from baking sheet. Cool.
