Gingerbread Cookie DoughCream together with a mixer:
- 8 oz. Brown Sugar
- 9 oz. Crisco
- 8 oz. Corn syrup
Add & Cream:
- 3 eggs
Add & Mix:
- 2 lb. Bread flour
- 1 oz. Cinnamon
- 1 tbs. Baking Soda
- 1 teas. Salt
- 1 Tbs. Ginger
For eating cookies: mix only until smooth.
For House: mix 10 minutes (Note: the more mixing, the stronger the cookie)
Bake at 350 degrees until set.
Royal Icing (for decorating)
Whip together with mixer: 1 lb. Powdered sugar & 3 egg whites
Beat 7 minutes. (Make sure there is no grease on beaters or bowl)
Keep covered. |
