Grilled Pineapple with Chocolate Sauce

INGREDIENTS

1 ripe pineapple -- peeled, cored and cut into 1-inch wedges
8 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
2 tablespoons light corn syrup
1/4 cup water
1/3 cup pineapple juice
 

DIRECTIONS

For Chocolate Sauce:
Bring water and corn syrup to simmer in heavy medium saucepan. Reduce heat to low. Add chocolate and pineapple juice, and stir until smooth.

For Pineapple:
Grill pineapple wedges on medium-hot grill until slightly charred.

Serve drizzled with chocolate sauce.
