Peanut Butter Kisses

• 2 cups peanut butter
• 1-1/4 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 52 milk chocolate kisses

Directions:

In a mixing bowl, cream peanut butter and sugar.

Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Dough will be sticky.

With floured hands, roll tablespoonfuls into 1-1/4th inch balls.

Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake at 350 for 14 to 16 minutes or until tops are cracked.

Remove to wire racks.

Immediately press chocolate kiss in the center of each cookie.
