Peanut Cookies
  • 4 Egg Whites
  • 1/8th teaspoon Cream of Tartar
  • 8 oz Powdered Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 3 cups ground Peanuts

Beat egg whites till stiff. Add cream of tartar, powdered sugar & vanilla. Fold in nuts. Cover cookie sheet with parchment paper. Drop mixture by rounded teaspoon.

Bake at 250 to 300 degrees about 20-25 minutes.
