Walnut Puffs
  • ½ cup butter
  • 2 Tab. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 cup ground walnuts
  • 1 cup sifted flour
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • Powdered sugar

Cream butter and add sugar with vanilla.

Add walnuts, flour and salt.

Mix thoroughly.

Form into balls the size of a walnut and place on an ungreased baking sheet.

Bake at 325 for 30 minutes.

While hot, roll in powdered sugar. When cool, roll in sugar again
